No call centre, no account managers relaying messages to a team you never meet. Fizzy Projects is a small, hands-on Odoo partner, and you work directly with the people building your system.

Why Fizzy exists

Plenty of businesses have been burned by a software project that ran long, cost more than the quote, and left them with a system that did not fit.

We have seen it from the inside, and we built Fizzy to be the opposite. The belief behind it is simple: most businesses do not need more software. They need the software they already have to talk to each other, and someone who will set it up around how they actually work rather than forcing them into how the software wants them to.

That is the whole job. We do Odoo, we do it properly, and we are straight with you about what it will and will not do.

Alex runs the implementations. Years of hands-on Odoo and IT work for SMEs sit behind every build, and he is in the detail of yours, not handing it off. He will also tell you plainly if Odoo is the wrong answer for you.

Harry keeps your project on track and is your point of contact day to day. He makes sure the work lands when it should, you always know what is happening next, and nothing quietly slips.

How we work

The same handful of principles run through every project.

  • You work with the people doing the work. No layers. The person scoping your project is the person building it. 
  • Honest advice, even when it costs us the sale. If Odoo is not right for you, or you are not ready, we will say so before you spend anything.
  • Configure first, customise only when it pays. Standard Odoo does most of it. Custom code earns its place or it does not get written.
  • Low-risk and staged. We fix the most painful area first, prove it, then expand. Never a single make-or-break go live date.
  • We work around your accountant. Keep Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, or move the books when you are ready. We fix the operational chaos first.

Where we work

We are a remote team and work with businesses across the UK. Most of the work is done remotely, so where you are rarely matters. If you would rather we came to you, we can.

Fizzy is part of Odoo's official partner network. That means direct access to Odoo, their tools and their roadmap, and a team that works inside Odoo every single day rather than dabbling in it.
